Dimensional Impression Holdings DBA Dimension Printing ("Dimension Printing," "we," "us") is a commercial printer at 1507 West Cass Street, Tampa, FL 33606. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to 4dimension.com, our quote and contact forms, our ads and lead forms on Facebook and Instagram, and orders you place with us by phone, email or in person.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, fill out a form, place an order, create an account or contact us, we may collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your company name and job title
- Billing and shipping addresses
- Details about your project, such as what you need printed, quantities, deadlines and budget
- Files and artwork you send us for printing
- Your account login details, if you create an online account
- Anything else you choose to tell us in a message or call
Information from Facebook and Instagram lead forms. Some of our ads open a form on Facebook or Instagram. If you submit one, Meta sends us the information on that form, which may include your name, email, phone number, company name and your answers to our questions about your project. Meta may fill some fields in from your profile, and you can edit them before you submit. We receive only what you submit.
Payment information. Card payments are handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our partners use cookies, pixels and similar tools to collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how you arrived at the site, and actions you take there, such as submitting a form or starting an order. The tools we use include Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.
We do not ask for sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, health information or financial account numbers through our forms. Please don't include it in files or messages you send us.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your quote request or question, by phone, email or text
- Prepare proofs, produce, ship and invoice your order
- Manage your account and order history
- Send updates and offers about our printing services, which you can opt out of at any time
- Run, measure and improve our advertising, including showing ads to people likely to need printing in the Tampa Bay area
- Understand how our website is used and improve it
- Prevent fraud, keep our systems secure and meet legal requirements

How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it to other companies for their own marketing. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers who help us run the business, such as our payment processor, website and ordering platform, email provider, CRM and shipping carriers. They may use your information only to do that work for us.
- Advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, to measure our ads and show them to the right people. For example, we may share an email address or phone number in hashed (scrambled) form so the platform can match it to its own users. That lets us count how many customers came from an ad, or exclude existing customers from an ad. These platforms handle data under their own privacy policies.
- Shipping and freight partners, who get only what they need to deliver your order.
- Legal reasons, if required by law, or to protect our rights, customers or others.
- A business transfer, if Dimension Printing is sold or merged, in which case your information would move with the business under this policy.
Advertising and cookies
We advertise on Facebook, Instagram and other sites. We and our ad partners use cookies and pixels on our website to see which ads lead to quote requests and orders, and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. You can limit this:
- Change your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Some site features, like the shopping cart, may stop working.
- Manage the ads you see on Facebook and Instagram in your Meta ad preferences.
- Manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
- Opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info.
Other websites
Our site links to other sites, including our promotional products partner. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.
Your choices
- Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
- Text messages: reply STOP to any text from us.
- Access, correction or deletion: you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We may need to keep some records, such as invoices, for tax and legal reasons.
- Lead form submissions: if you sent us a form through Facebook or Instagram and want it deleted, contact us and we will delete our copy.

How long we keep information
We keep quote requests and contact details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes. We keep print files for as long as you have an active relationship with us so we can reprint jobs, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, such as limiting access to staff who need it and using secure connections on our website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page, and we will post a notice on our website if the changes are significant.
