Turnaround Times

How long does standard digital printing take?

Most digital print orders — including business cards, flyers, brochures, postcards, and rack cards — are ready within 3–5 business days after you approve your proof. This covers file review, printing, finishing, and quality inspection before your order ships or is ready for pickup.

How long does offset printing take?

Offset printing — typically used for larger quantities of brochures, booklets, notepads, presentation folders, and NCR forms — requires 7–10 business days after proof approval. Offset produces superior color consistency and is the most cost-effective option for quantities of 5,000 or more.

What are the turnaround times for large format printing?

Large format orders — including vinyl banners, retractable banner stands, coroplast signs, window graphics, PVC signs, and event tents — are typically completed within 24–48 hours after proof approval. Large format is our fastest turnaround category, making it ideal for event-day needs.

Can I get a rush order, and how much does it cost?

Yes — rush orders are available on most products. Approximately 30% of our jobs are produced on a rush basis, so we are well-equipped to handle tight deadlines. Rush orders do carry an additional fee, which varies based on the product type, quantity, and how quickly you need delivery.

Files & Artwork

What file formats do you accept for printing?

We prefer print-ready PDF files at 300 dpi — this gives us the best results for both digital and offset printing. We also accept:

  • Adobe Illustrator (.ai) and InDesign (.indd) with all fonts outlined/embedded
  • High-resolution JPEG or PNG (300 dpi minimum)
  • EPS files with embedded fonts

We work in Adobe Creative Suite. If your files were created in Canva, please export them as a high-resolution PDF before uploading, or contact us and we can help you through the process.

Do you offer design templates?

Yes. We provide downloadable templates for our most popular products so your artwork is sized and set up correctly before you submit. Visit our Templates page to find the template for your product. If you need custom sizing or cannot find a template, contact us and we will send you the specifications.

What is the proofing process? Will I see my design before it prints?

Yes — every order goes through a proofing step. Here is how it works:

  • Our prepress team reviews your uploaded artwork and makes any minor adjustments needed for print quality.
  • We email you a PDF proof for your review and approval.
  • Your order does not go to press until you approve the proof in writing.
  • If you request changes, we revise and send a new proof.

Please review your proof carefully — once you approve it, any errors in the artwork become the customer's responsibility. We are happy to walk you through the proof by phone if needed.

Specialty Printing

What is foil printing, and what products can I add it to?

Foil printing applies a metallic or reflective foil finish to selected areas of your printed piece, creating a premium, eye-catching effect. We offer foil on:

  • Business cards (gold, silver, rose gold, and other foil colors)
  • Presentation folders
  • Greeting cards and invitations
  • Brochures and sell sheets
  • Custom stationery

Do you offer holographic printing?

Yes. We offer holographic and sleeking finishes that create a rainbow, prismatic shimmer across your printed piece. This finish is especially popular for business cards and promotional materials where you want your brand to truly stand out from the competition. What large format products do you print?

Our large format capabilities cover a wide range of products for both indoor and outdoor use, including:

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship orders, or is pickup only?

We offer both local pickup and shipping. Approximately 90% of our customers are in the Tampa metro area, and many prefer local pickup for speed and convenience. We also ship nationwide for clients such as hotel groups and restaurant chains with locations throughout the country. Shipping costs vary by order size and destination — contact us for a shipping quote on larger orders.

Do you have minimum order quantities?

Minimum order quantities vary by product type:

  • Business cards: typically 100–250 depending on the style
  • Flyers, brochures, postcards: generally start at 25–50 pieces
  • Large format (banners, signs): single-piece orders are available
  • Offset printing: most cost-effective at 500 or more; offset becomes more economical than digital at 5,000+ pieces
  • Direct mail: minimums depend on list size and mail class
